Synopsis

In a peculiar world where the entirety of the planet's lower biosphere is covered in water, and it's upper layers inhabited by villages in the clouds– an owl who lives in the serene countryside and a manta ray who would prefer to write poetry than serve in their naval fleet meet every sunset, where the ocean meets the sky.
